RESERVATION POLICY
To confirm reservations, we require a 100% deposit on accommodations. Deposits can be paid via wire transfer or credit card (American Express, Visa and Master Card). We charge the equivalent USD amount in MXN Pesos, according to the prevailing exchange rate of the day.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of a cancellation, the 100% deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable, however, the total amount will be applied to a future visit if completed within 365 days of the original booking.
EVENT POLICY
Events for 40 people or more require the rental of the entire property for three nights. This includes the three private villas, ten Casitas, six Bungalows, and four suites at Casa Cuixmala—accommodating a total of 80 people.
Events can be organized in the following locations with certain limitations on size based on operational capacity, safety, and environmental concerns:

Afternoon reception at Caleta Blanca: maximum 80 people

Seated dinner in Casa Cuixmala Palapas: maximum 120 people

Passed Hors d’Oveures at Casa Cuixmala Pool & Beach: maximum 180 people
