Cuixmala Cuisine is the culinary expression of our environment and each dining experience is curated to highlight what is seasonal and sustainable
The majority of our food is sourced from our biodynamic gardens and El Jabalí, our ranch in the Mexican Highlands, and ingredients are harvested just hours before they are served. Guests enjoy the the highest level of vitality and flavor in our fruits and vegetables, along with organic cheeses, dairy, meats and coffee, further complemented by fresh fish from the nearby ocean.
We are commited to creating unique and memorable dining experiences customized to our guest´s individual preferences. From lunctime beach picnics featuring freshly grilled seafood, to private dining for couples over candlelight, to lavish dinners on the beach complete with bonfires, music, and dancing under the stars, dining at Cuixmala is a celebration in itself.
